The shared terrace with vegetable garden is freely accessible to residents. The spaces are planted with plants and equipped to help you relax in the best possible conditions. As a family, with your neighbors or on your own, these spaces can be adapted to your desires.  

Coworking & relaxation area

For occasional or regular work.

A fully-equipped coworking space (with high-speed WiFi) is available to residents who wish to use it on an occasional or regular basis. A relaxation area completes the coworking space.  

Shared gîte

A shared studio with kitchenette and shower room.

This cosy gîte is available to local residents to welcome family and friends for a week or a weekend. This guest room can be booked directly from the MyProximity application.  

On the first floor, the lobby features connected lockers for deliveries and parcel drop-offs, as well as dynamic screens. These connected displays will convey information about events in your neighborhood, your residence and public transport nearby.

  The residence is located in the heart of the Descartes district of Champs-sur-Marne, at the intersection of boulevards Newton and Copernic.  

• How do I submit my rental application ?  

  Submitting your rental application couldn't be easier! Simply contact our rental team by phone or e-mail to find out how to submit your application. We invite you to gather all the required supporting documents in advance, so that we can send our team a complete file. Our team will give priority to complete applications.  

• What charges are included in the rent ?  

  The charges included in the rent are condominium fees and service charges. 

• Do the homes have outdoor space?  

  All apartments, from T1 to T4, feature an outdoor space : a loggia, balcony or terrace.  

• Can residents make the spaces their own ?

  In fact, the residence's spaces can be privatized by residents via the MyProximity application. You'll find the following spaces in the residence: a lounge area, a coworking space and its relaxation area, a shared terrace and a shared gîte.
