Delivery of the Alia Living residence!

We're delighted to announce that the residence has been open to its first tenants since July 31 ! Located in Champs-sur-Marne's Descartes district, at the crossroads of boulevards Copernic and Newton, the residence boasts a privileged, strategic location. Residents have immediate access to the Noisy-Champs RER station, just 300 meters from the residence, and can reach the center of Paris in just 20 minutes!

Lounge area: relax, meet and share

This space includes a lounge area, kitchen and living room. The lounge area is open and bright, with direct access to the shared terrace.

Coworking space: work, innovate, undertake

The coworking area is open to the Lounge space and has several zones: open and more secluded offices, an acoustic booth and a relaxation area.

The terrace will be fitted out over the course of August. Once the furniture has been installed, we'll be sure to share with you this space, which is designed to be planted and equipped to offer residents an additional area in which to relax in the best possible conditions!
