Inauguration of the Alia Living residence

We were delighted to invite residents to the inauguration of the Alia Living residence on September 19. A first highlight with the residents to introduce the project's various players and key contacts.

At the heart of the residence

What better way to meet residents than in the Lounge area! Fully furnished and equipped, this space includes a lounge area, a kitchenette and direct access to the residence's shared terrace. The space is accessible to all residents, enabling them to relax, meet and share moments of conviviality.

Time for presentations!

On the program for this inaugural evening was the presentation of :

• of the residence and its specific features,
• of the various players involved on the site,
• shared spaces: location, facilities and uses,
• the range of individual and collective services on offer: group events, concierge services and the MyProximity digital application,
• a Community Manager on hand to welcome and respond to residents' needs and expectations.

It was also an opportunity tothank all those involved in the project for their commitment, and the residents for their presence. It was a great opportunity for residents to meet, get to know each other and exchange ideas. See you soon!
